2. Data Loss and Liability

NoteKraft uses your browser's local storage (`localStorage`) to auto-save notes so you don't lose them if you accidentally close the tab. However, NoteKraft is not a permanent storage solution.

If you clear your browser cache, use an incognito window, or run aggressive cleanup software, your locally saved notes will be permanently deleted. NoteKraft and its developers are not liable for any data loss, financial loss, or damages resulting from the use of our tools. We highly recommend copying and downloading your text into a permanent file on your computer for long-term storage.

3. Intellectual Property

All editorial content on this website, including productivity guides, writing guides, and blog posts, are the intellectual property of NoteKraft and are protected by copyright laws. You may not republish, sell, rent, or sub-license material from this website without written consent.

4. No Server Processing

We do not provide cloud backup services. Any text you enter into NoteKraft is processed entirely offline by your own computer's processor. We do not have access to your data, cannot read it, cannot recover it if lost, and cannot surrender it to authorities because it never touches our servers.

5. Modifications

NoteKraft reserves the right to revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these terms.
